Introduction

Happy New Year. Welcome to 2010.

For many of us 2009 was a challenging year. The recession prevented many individuals and organizations from achieving their goals. However, 2010 is here, the economy is strengthening and hard work and dedication could see us achieve our best year ever. For those who have not chosen their resolution yet, or feel burn`t after settiing one in 2009 and not having achieved it; please read the article "New Year Resolutions". Without an established goal and ongoing measurement how would one know what has been achieved. And always, even if not meeting the set expectation. Even in 2009, the ball was moved forward and achievements were made, so let`s get focused for 2010 and continue our wins.
